Existing Structure – Internal and External Repaint
This project won the 2013 Awards for Excellence in the Commercial Project Repaint category presented by the Master Painters Association of SA.
This old building didn’t surrender easily to its new face-lift (scroll through the photos to see some before pictures). Built like a concrete bunker it was never going to fall down, but it had started to show signs of concrete cancer which needed to be repaired. A narrow one-way street to the side just added to the difficulty of the project.
