Exterior Building Repaint
Painting the outside of this beautiful beachfront complex in Victor Harbor presented its own challenges which were discussed in detail with the client before work even began. Some of these included weather conditions, salt damage, dirt, access issues due to the railway line running along the back of the building and even the needs of permanent tenants and short-term holiday renters.
The project was staged over three months to limit interruptions to all stakeholders in this busy seaside town.
