This classic Adelaide beauty needed a bit of TLC to bring it back to its former glory with general repairs/maintenance, carpentry work and painting being the main focus.
Working closely with the client we were able to stage the works to fit in with them living in the home.
Making the most amount of impact with the least amount of money was vital for the client and this is where regular progress meetings and having tight control of the works was imperative for the success of the project.
