Returned 15 years later for a freshen up for resale
This medium density 2 x 2 storey housing project had many challenges due to the tight spaces onsite, but nothing we couldn’t handle. Being smart about scaffolding enabled us to complete this project on time and within budget.
The exterior texture finish was applied over a concrete brick construction. In consultation with the owner’s, it was decided to apply the texture in a circular pattern using a roller, this finish gave the building a very distinctive look.
We returned 15 years later to freshen up both homes for resale.
