New Residential Construction – Internal and External
This eco-friendly apartment building consists of 36 apartments set in a 3-5 storey building.
We were extremely organised and efficient with the running of this project to ensure it met the tight schedule and budgetary constraints of the builder. At times, to achieve this, we worked 7 days a week during the 4 month period of this project.
We were able to stage the external painting around the internal component of the apartments as they became ready for painting. We worked with many other trades to ensure the end result was achieved to everyone’s satisfaction.
